Once your order has been validated (deposit paid), your Cadence bike will be manufactured within four months. Delivery will take place once the remaining balance has been paid.

Cadence frames and forks are lifetime guaranteed. For painted frames, the paint is guaranteed for 2 years for the liquid process and 4 years for the powder-coated process.

The components benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty, the duration varying from one component to another.

The maintenance, repair and modernization of your Cadence will remain accessible for life and at a preferential price within the Cycles Cadence workshop.

You can pay by bank transfer or bank check. A deposit of 70% will be requested when you order and the remaining balance before delivery. An invoice will be sent to you for each of your payments.

Even if a meeting at the workshop remains the optimal solution for an in-depth bikefitting, it is entirely possible to do without it. In this specific case, I provide you with a detailed measurement protocol to complete by yourself.
